Reid says that Venesta's directors think that Pritchard's financial proposals made in his last letter [PP/18/1/1/9] are too inadequate to warrant Venesta's involvement. Venesta will put up £1000 if it believes other financial backing is available. Pritchard's estimate of £3000 appears to be too samall. Venesta would envisage the new company requiring £7000 or £8000 to begin trading. Venesta will invest a maximum of £1000 as long as there are five other backers subscribing a minimum of £250 each.
