Scope and content

Due to the difficult topography of the proposed building site, Walter Gropius suggests the "Restenneth" property be acquired. Swinton asks Fry to prepare two recommendations, one for each site. Pritchard's and Swinton's idea of an interleading communal or "sandwich" room between each flat is described, and the possibility of this plan being extended to shared bathrooms.
