Alfred P. Simon is the owner of the property upon which the Manchester Flats is proposed to be built. The Lymdale house in West Didsbury, Manchester, occupies the property and this is taken into consideration when planning the project. Mr Simon would become involved in the scheme and not merely sell the property to Isokon Ltd.
