Mentions the reading of the memorandum "Manchester 2" at the discussion, and that further revision of figures would be embodied in a new memorandum "Manchester 3". The building scheme had not been considered worthwhile. A visit to Manchester was planned by Jack Pritchard, Prof. Gropius and Mr Fry, when the Didsbury site would be examined. An estate agent would be asked to give estimates on the Didsbury site rentals, based on the Lawn Road Flats rentals. Attached with [PP/15/4/1/7].
