Discusses issues concerning the Manchester flats project as well as the Windsor scheme: an exhibition in Manchester; E.D. Simon's involvement in the scheme; the expected rentals in Manchester; and the suitability of the site. A thorough costing exercise was thought necessary for "No. 3" [Windsor Flats scheme], Mr Buchanan would be consulted for this. The involvement of local authorities was queried. Attached with [PP/15/3/3/1]. Present at the conference were Mr Pritchard, Professor Gropius and Mr Fry.
