Calls for the appointment of Mr Potter as quantity surveyor. Messrs Hausser [sic] and James have been appointed as engineers. Hotel experts should be consulted for the planning of the lift area and kitchen. An attempt to speed up the trial holes to establish the type of foundation is necessary.
