2 copies. Slight amendment on [PP/15/3/11/50-51]. Refers to Adams, Thompson & Fry and Gropius' report on the [Windsor Flats]. A reduction in the cost and consequently the size of the plan is needed. Fees are discussed; Jack Pritchard's involvement in the preliminary work; the raising of finance and the canvassing of investors. Pritchard asks Fry to go ahead with preliminary drawings so there is no wasting of time. A contract can only be signed once sufficient finance has been raised.
