Scope and content

The Municipality puts forward a proposal to landowners to improve the state of Barry Drive and the sewerage system. Landowners whose property borders Barry Drive are asked to bear half the cost, to set their fences back, and relinquish a strip of land. Isokon would bear the balance of the expences, and develop the road from the [Windsor Flats] site to Winkfield Road.
