Refers to Pritchard's letter to O.F. Morshead [PP/15/3/1/13]. The St Leonard's Hill building project was submitted to the King by Sir Patrick Duff of the Office of Works. No objection was raised except that the height of the buildings should be kept as low as possible to avoid being seen from the windows of [Windsor] Castle which face that way.
