Mr Holmes, the editor of the Investor's Chronicle, had been approached by Graham Maw. He was unable to assist in the merging of [Windsor (Isokon) Ltd] into his companies. He requested 7000 reprints of the prospectus which he would send out. Maw mentions having spoken to "Spencer" concerning the shares in the [Windsor project].
