Includes correspondence relating to all aspects of Isokon's exhibit of a minimum flat. Information is given by the BIA exhibition offices as to the delivery and construction of the display, the charges for rental space, exhibitors' complimentary tickets etc. Isokon and Wells Coates & Pleydell-Bouverie correspond with various companies who take part in the flat display; related payments are made to Isokon. Lists of the companies involved and a description of the exhibit is included. Richmond Towers prepare an exhibition catalogue. The magazine "Design for Today" requests photographs of Isokon's exhibit. Goldschmidt & Howland request to be agents for the flats. Correspondence with the following is included: Heal & Son Ltd (furnishers); Venesta Ltd; Electrolux Ltd; Jeyes' Sanitary Compounds; Messrs Zwemmer (art gallery); Pilkington Bros Ltd (glass manufacturers); D. Burkle & Son Ltd, who would dismantle and store the exhibit; Troughton & Young Ltd (electrical engineers); W. Harland & Son (paint manufacturers); E.M.G. Handmade Gramophones Ltd; Messrs Easiwork Ltd; M.O. Dell & H.L. Wainwright (photographers); Mrs M. Wren & A.N. Hearn, who request commission for rents secured; W.S. Forster Brown, who exhibits an Auto T. Clock; Cole Brothers Ltd, who request the exhibit to be displayed in their store after Dorland; and Miss Pheysey of the D.I.A., who is contacted by Pritchard and asked to contact Cole Brothers Ltd.
