General correspondence between Pennington & Son, Rowe & Maw and Isokon, regarding the mortgage of £15,000 on Lawn Road Flats. Documentation reflecting the rental position of the flats and the outgoings are included. A 1934 document from the Land Registry confirms receipt of application to register Lawn Road Flats. Correspondence from 1934 through to 1948 relates to the payments of interest due on the mortgage.
