Correspondence with F.M. Watrous, Managing Director of Watrous & Company Ltd, (personal & business services). In April 1932 a memorandum on the proposed building at the Lawn Road site is sent to Mr Watrous for his comments. Issues included involve all aspects of the flats: the internal design, services, rents, staff etc. Watrous estimates between 5 & 10% of rentals would be expected by a managing agent of the flats. A final memorandum is drafted in November 1932 and Watrous gives his comments. Not catalogued through to item level.
