He suggested rather 25-30 flats, and passenger lifts which would be able to go up more floors as opposed to a service lift. The estimated cost of the flats would be between £8000 and £9000. Robert Spicer had suggested someone who could put up the money at 6%. Another investor is described and Molly impresses on Maw the urgency in clinching a deal.
