McDonagh was pleased to see Pritchard looking so fit but unless he is careful his intestinal trouble may lead to an ulcer and he gives advice about Pritchard's diet. If the intestinal trouble continues he should undergo more regular colonic irrigation. Pritchard could also undergo some manipulative treatment for his spine.
