Pritchard is glad that the builders Lucy [and Helen] McLean are using to install the heating system at [79 Platts Lane] have a good reputation with the National Radiator Company, but he still needs definite plans and specifications so his architect can be sure the work will not affect the structure of the building. He asks the McLeans to consider siting the radiators somewhere other than the fireplaces.
