Pritchard, John Craven, recipient
E. Farmer seeks Pritchard's view on a number of matters relating to the usefulness of a university degree for a business career. He asks whether for technical posts where qualifications can be obtained elsewhere, a university degree is nevertheless desirable, what more the universities could do to equip graduates for a business career, and whether a university education is an advantage in business. E. Farmer is also interested in the frequency with which university graduates change employment, reasons why, and any details of salary, pensions and rates of promotion. All replies will be treated in confidence.
