PC describes a minor car collision she had while travelling with Wolf to Munich. They then experienced further car trouble and a late arrival at their pension. They spent the weekend with the Kortners (German-American) actors and film makers; and Wolf’s oldest friend from Palestine schooldays – Wolf Rosenberg (musician, conductor, composer).
PC writes of her experiences dining out in Germany.
She asks about Christmas presents, mutual friends, amateur dramatics and the performances of her sister J (Jenny). PC wants to have her appendix removed as soon as she leaves Germany. She expects to be home for Christmas, via Ostend and Dover.
