This typed letter is signed by Hanna; with additional handwritten note from her newly wedded husband Hans.
Hanna writes of her flight from Frankfurt to the US and her mother’s health. Hanna and Hans would be going to New York where she would take a masters in sociology and Hans would enrol for a journalism course. Hanna asks Patricia if she and Wolf[gang Hildesheimer] are still in Nuremberg. She asks after Freddy. She misses Patricia and writes “you’re the only one I miss in my life here.”
