Scope and content
Concerns the proposal to develop Holton Park into a caravan site. Included are letters, press articles, an aerial photograph, maps of Holton, MS notes, printed ephemera etc.. Objections to the development scheme were placed before a public enquiry. Included was JH's personal objections. The Minister of Housing and Local Government decided that the scheme could commence but that caravans would be limited to between 100 and 200.
