Contains correspondence with the tenant of Littlemoor Farm, Mr A.W. Leech. Correspondence concerns the payment of rent and the carrying out of repairs on the farm. In 1963 Leech enquires whether the farm is for sale. Storm damage compensation is sought in 1965. Included is a plan of building alterations. A settlement award is negotiated at termination of tenancy on 11/10/77.

Two items dated 1985 concerning plans for developing the farm are also included.
