Salinger asks after Don’s health. He writes about the previous Wimbledon and US tennis. Salinger thinks it fortunate that he and Don had been able to be in Vienna [in 1937/38]. In May he and Colleen had been to the Grand Canyon and Zion National Park. His son had moved nearer, to Connecticut.
