Contains about 72 plans of Keswick Hall Library, 1981. A full listing accompanies the plans. They were commissioned by UEA Design and Projects Section, Registry.

The plans were found in a storeroom of the Main UEA Library in 01/06.

The plans are of the remodelled (but never built) KH Library. They are evidence of the original intention in the early 80s (following the incorporation of KH College into UEA as the School of Education) to keep Education at KH and to use the buildings and the library for the new school of Law (at that time in rather crowded accommodation in the Arts building). A lot of time and effort was put in to planning to rebuild the library at KH as an Education/Law Library. In the end funding was secured to build a new School of Education on campus, and KH was sold for private development.

The plans were offered to UEA Estates but since KH is no longer owned by UEA, they declined to keep them.
