Scope and content
Breuer thanks Jack Pritchard for his efforts on behalf of Janos Fischer. Breuer had heard from Fischer's father that "his English permit is more or less hopeless" but had now succeeded in obtaining permission for Fischer to enter the United States directly to study in Chicago. He apologises for not having informed Jack earlier.

Breuer concludes by reporting that it may be possible to arrange manufacture of Isokon furniture in the United States. This arises from a commission for Breuer to design an exhibition house for the Museum of Modern Art.
